There are several skin care tips that I can share. You guys can try them out.
• Regular use of sunscreen is very essential to prevent sundamaged skin, photoageing and pigmentation. Apply a sunscreen with a SPF of at least 15 and apply it at least 20 mins before stepping out.
• Drink at least 3 liters of water every day; remember your skin is always thirstier than you are.
• Protect your skin from harmful ultra violet (UV) rays. UV rays causes skin cancer and also makes your skin to age faster with unsightly wrinkles. Use sunscreen.
• Peel, grate and squeeze the juice of a cucumber. Mix it with ½ tsp each of glycerin and rose water. Apply this if you are suffering for sun burns.
• Ensure that your diet contains Vitamin A (carrots, papaya, black grapes, green leafy vegetables) and vitamin C (citrus fruits, lime juice, gooseberries, mangoes).
• CTM girls. That is the mantra for the year, and not only summers. What is CTM you ask – Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise – your way of giving your skin some TLC Brands I like – Cleansers (Neutrogena, Lakme Strawberry Face Wash, Biotique), Toners (Kaya, Neutrogena), Moisturisers (L’Oreal Happy Derm, Neutrogena, Kaya)
• Have two or three baths in a day. Trust me it helps… and makes you feel better too…
• Wear loose cotton clothes
